Carmen Collado, Chief Relationship Officer of The Shield Institute, met with the honorable Angela Fernandez, Commissioner of New York State Division of Human Rights, and John P. Herrion, Director, Disability Rights, on Monday, July 16, 2019, to collaborate on efforts to ensure that the rights of the individuals we serve are fully protected and that each individual is guaranteed an equal opportunity to enjoy a full and productive life.
